Hello, I'm Dr. Salman Yunus—a Pediatrician, advocate of Positive Parenting, and a grateful parent. As we set out on this parenting journey together, let me be your guide through these pages.

Our journey starts with a profound concept at its heart: the genuine measure of successful parenting lies in raising a generation that surpasses our own. And the natural path to achieving this is by transforming ourselves into a cohesive team of parents.

During my pediatric training in the United States, the realm of parenting was still in its infancy, not unlike the internet, which had recently burst onto the scene, inundating us with an abundance of information. This was a period marked by my efforts to adapt to a new culture while undergoing rigorous medical training at the Children's Hospital of New Jersey. It was a time when our marriage was in its early years, and we had already become parents to two wonderful children.

During this phase, I began accumulating parenting knowledge, striving to comprehend the ideal parental roles. With my background in child development and a deep fascination with the study of human behavior, I gradually formed a clearer picture of the art of parenting

Over the years, I've continually refined and simplified my approach, staying current with the latest research findings and learning from practical experiences. I've had the privilege of sharing these insights with countless parents like yourself, witnessing the growth and achievements of their children. I've hosted seminars, delivered talks, and crafted educational materials on parenting, drawing upon insights gleaned from the development and accomplishments of thousands of children.

As a parent, I've personally applied these principles to raise my own exceptional children—both highly accomplished in their medical careers and as individuals who consistently surpass my own achievements. As a father, I am deeply grateful for their accomplishments.

My Practice at MCC Islamabad

.We are a collaborative team of five healthcare professionals, consisting of Pediatricians, Neonatologists, and a Family Physician. Our primary mission is to empower parents in nurturing children who thrive in every aspect of their well-being, encompassing physical, emotional, mental, and moral health. We specialize in addressing a wide spectrum of challenges, from behavioral and school-related issues to the complexities of adolescence. Additionally, we offer guidance and support to enhance couples' and families' dynamics, creating the optimal environment for children to flourish in health and happiness.
